An organization created to turn purpose into impact.

Institutional direction

Purpose, mission and vision

Purpose

Expand opportunities so that more people and communities can develop capabilities, build life projects and access education, innovation and support networks.

Mission

Design, coordinate and deliver education, human development and social innovation programs that connect knowledge, technology, volunteering and partnerships to respond to real needs of people and communities.

Vision

To be a leading foundation in Colombia and Latin America for turning knowledge and innovation into accessible, measurable and sustainable educational and social solutions.

Priority gaps

Problems we seek to transform

  • 01

Unequal access to educational guidance and opportunities.

  • 02

Development and support gaps in childhood, youth and families.

  • 04

We work with a logic of pilots, evidence, measurement and progressive improvement before scaling.
